Fwd: java-common_0.1_i386.changes INSTALLED
Screaming in public helped, unfortunately :-}
java-common is the Mother Of All Java Packages, in the proposed policy. At the
present time, it is just a placeholder, but the next version will contain the
text of the Policy (SGML/debiandoc, probably, or XML/DocBk, may be), as well
as utilities scripts (for instance to build a CLASSPATH from a list of jars
(submissions welcome).
So, maintainers can know release packages which depend on java-common. I plan
to bug "Severity:wishlist" packages who don't (do not panic, I will not do it
today).
