Occhio che "refurbished" è equivalente al "ricondizionato" dell'usato
automobilistico.

Nella frase si adoperano i termini "re-use" (riuso, riga uno, prima
parola) e "like new" (come nuovo, riga 4, quarta e quinta parola)

Che poi sia una buona idea non far andare subito in demolizione le
cose, è tutt'altro discorso. Peccato detesti Android.
