ricompilare il kernel 3.2
dopo l'oerazione di install ho 2 pacchetti in
/usr/src uno relativo ai sorgenti e uno relativo alle patches.
linux-patch-3.2-rt.patch.bz2
linux-source-3.2.tar.bz2
$ apt-file list linux-source-3.2
linux-source-3.2: /usr/share/doc/linux-source-3.2/README.Debian
linux-source-3.2: /usr/share/doc/linux-source-3.2/changelog.Debian.gz
linux-source-3.2: /usr/share/doc/linux-source-3.2/copyright
linux-source-3.2: /usr/src/linux-patch-3.2-rt.patch.bz2
linux-source-3.2: /usr/src/linux-source-3.2.tar.bz2
Però la patch è rt.
Cercando su internet:
The first file is the standard source tarball; the second is a patch
which you can apply to the kernel source if you want your custom kernel
to be capable of real-time preemption. I suspect that this patch will
eventually be incorporated into the mainstream kernel source code, but
for now it is a separate patch file. If you want to incorporate the
patch file into your kernel source, then issue the following sequence of
commands after unpacking your kernel source code:
cd /usr/src
bunzip2 linux-patch-3.2-rt.patch.bz2
cd linux-source-3.2
patch -p1 <../linux-patch-3.2-rt.patch
cd ..
rm linux-patch-3.2-rt.patch
