Il pc cambia indirizzo IP

Oggi mi sono accorto improvvisamente con aMule che avevo un ID Basso e ho visto che il mio indirizzo IP era 192.168.1.85 mentre dovrebbe esser
192.168.1.100
Ho lanciato /etc/init.d/networking restart e tutto è tornato alla normalità. Ora torno al PC e vedo che è tornato 85 Perché ?
Ecco il mio /etc/inetwork/interfaces
