Sugli stessi file posso fare chmod +x chmod -x chmod 666 oppure 777 o 644 ma
non chmod +w
usa il comando:
$ chmod ?+w nomefile
dove ? è ugoa:
* u: user
* g: group
* o: other
* a: all user
Davide ha perfettamente ragione, ma c'e una cosa da chiarire. Guardando la pagina di man per chmod, vediamo: " ... A combination of the letters ugoa controls which users' access to the
file will be changed: the user who owns it (u), other users in the file's group (g), other users not in the file's group (o), or all users (a). If none of these are given, the effect is as if a were given, but
bits that are set in the umask are not affected. ... " Ovvero: se non mettiamo niente, es : # chmod +r file
e' come digitare: # chmod a+r file
ed effettivamente cambia gli attributi u, g, o.
Tale utilizzo (senza u,g,o,a) funziona per l'attributo di lettura ed esecuzione (r,x) ma non per quello di lettura (w). Penso che la parte: "... If none of these are given, the effect is as if a were given, but bits that are set in the umask are not affected.
..." ne spieghi il motivo. Non a me, attualmente. Percui, a rischi di andare in OT, se qualcuno ha voglia di approfondire, io gradirei...
