Sul mio server Debian stable, regolarmente aggiornata (4.0r6 con tutti
i security updates) è tutto regolare:
_SERVER["SERVER_SIGNATURE"] <address>Apache/2.2.3 (Debian)

_SERVER["SERVER_SOFTWARE"] Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) PHP/5.2.0-8+etch13
Non è che hai installato qualche pacchetto o qualche programma
"esterno" da Debian, che ha modificato Apache (ad es. ispconfig)??
