Suppongo che sia un problema di qualche opzione in /etc/apt/preferences
ma non sono riuscito a risolverlo.
Dal messaggio di errore sembra ceh tu abbia usato il comando:
apt-get install openoffice.org2/experimental
Prova invece con il comando
apt-get install -t experimental openoffice.org2
