ammetto che conosco poco questa parte di Debian e per nulla quella di Ubuntu. Però se non erro per Debian occorre una votazione (maggioranza od altro) fatta dai programmatori Debian prima di poter cambiare ogni singola parte, mentre non so se per Ubuntu è la stessa cosa o se questa decisione può essere presa da una o poche persone.
