ifplugd non riconosce la scheda di rete attiva

C'e' un motivo che io non conosco per cui ifplugd si accorge se una
delle due schede di rete che ho e' attiva, mentre pensa che l'altra sia
sempre disattiva, anche se cosi' non e'?

Esempio:
