Configurazione server Jabber

Ciao a tutti,
  sono riuscito a fare partire jabber e, collegandomi con il client PSI,
riesco a registrare l'utente però, quando cerco di collegarmi per attivare
il client e metterlo online, PSI mi dice che non sono autorizzato:
