changelog pacchetti debian

Ciao a tutti,
è possibile ottenere una sorta di changelog per i pacchetti che apt sta 
per upgradare...in realtà vedo che sid mi sta upgradando passwd e se 
volessi sapere quali sono le "nuove features" del nuovo passwd?
