problema con apt-get e gtk

salve a tutti ho un problema con apt-get, ogni volta che installo
qualcosa mi da il seguente output:

che file dovrei configurare per risolvere il problema?
inoltre ogni volta che faccio partire un programma che usa le gtk mi da
il seguente output:
