XFCE4

Salve a tutti uso GDM e XFCE4. Inoltre dentro questo desktop env uso
rox-filer. La mia domanda e` questa: come faccio a far partire all'avvio di
XFCE4 un pinboard automaticamente?
Per esempio
rox-filer -p=Default 
Qual'e` quel file che mi permette di farlo eseguire all'avvio del desktop
env senza dover aprire la console e digitarlo a mano?
