Forse era meglio scrivere :)
La ragione piu' importante per l'esistenza di LFS e' insegnare alla
gente come il sistema Linux funziona internamente. La costruzione di un
sistema LFS vi insegna su tutto quello che fa andare Linux, come le cose
funzionano insieme, e dipendano uno dall'altro. E la piu' importante,
come personalizzarlo secondo i vostri gusti e bisogni.
Uno dei benefici chiave di LFS e' che voi siete al controllo sul vostro
sistema, senza dovere dipendere da un completamento Linux di qualcuno
altro. Ora siete sul sedile dell'autista e siete in grado di decidere
ogni singola cosa come la disposizione delle cartelle e l'impostazione
delle istruzioni di avvio. Saprete anche esattamente dove, perche' e
come i programmi sono installati.
Un'altro beneficio di LFS e' che potete creare un sistema Linux molto
compatto.
