apt-get impazzito su debian-ppc

Ciao a tutti, da un giorno all'altro non riesco piu` a installare/
rimuovere niente sul portatile. Deve essersi incagnato il disco in 
qualche riavvio in seguito ad un crash, adesso mi saltano fuori cose di 
questo tipo:

# apt-get -f install php4 php4-cgi php4-mysql mysql-server mysql-client

Alcune cose sono strane, ad esempio:

dpkg:  esound-common: Conflicts: libesd0-dev (< 0.2.15-8) but 0.2.23-3 
is to be installed

E qual e` il problema? La versione 0.2.23-3 e` piu` alta di quella 
minima richiesta.... :-O

Cosa puo` essere successo? Come posso risolvere? Ho provato a cercare 
nell'archivio della lista, ma non sono venuto a capo di nulla :(
