Re: Support-Ticket System

Hello,

We used Mantis with success on several projects (yet not that big a pool of support people). It's code is very clean PHP which helps a lot with integration to other systems.

Also we are currently experimenting with Redmine wich is based on Ruby on Rails. It's still a little bit young but shows great promises:

Hello *,

now I am searching for a Support Ticket System (E-Mail + Web) which can
be integrated into the intranet of my enterprise.

It should be able to support at least 100 support peoples (accounts) and we will have at least 150.000 customers from Freiburg to Karlsruhe. If it is based on SQL, we are using exclusively PostgreSQL and the
mailsystem ist Courier.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
