Otherwise you will probably fall back to GPRS. There may be some big players which are present in few countries, but AFAIK not worldwide. The costs are another topic. Maybe some ISPs will provide a cheap rate for mobile internet connectivity but usually you have to pay expensive roaming charges on foreign GSM/3G networks. Worldwide connectivity is only possible with some very expensive satellite uplink providers. Some cruise and container ships use such uplinks for example. Regards, Dennis
