I am not involved in a commercial initiative but i have a similar
"private" problem: he exigency to have available two radio and one TV
local channel (sent in the same DVB-T stream) to people (inclusive
me) that is for some days out of the reception area. A 600 kb quality is
enought for video and 56k for audio.
I have ONE DVB card . what is the setup/programs i should use (no
multicast needed, at most are 3 people watching ... ) ?
