Get the source of uw-imap and pull out the relevant code to:

1)  get a list of all NEW-Mail folders of the users Maildir
2)  and then touch each folder containing new Messages...

Courier will transfer the messages immediatly which will speed
up Mailclients since courier has already moved the messages...

:-)
