I think it's safe to drop e-mail which score >10, if you turn on network
tests (blacklists, razor and DCC) and especially bayes test.

one of effective tests is the language e-mail is wrtitten in. If users
properly configure used languages, they can get higher effectivity (and vice
versa)

I've seen a recommendation that false positives and negatives should be
copied/moved to special folder, and a job that would train spamassassin
would be run over such folders.

using spamassassin autolearn tieh recommended required scores might help
too.
