no, it's not supposition. it's obvious deduction based on the fact that
what the ISP drone was saying was complete and utter bullshit. it was
not even remotely close to the facts.
when somebody is speaking shit completely contrary to the actual facts,
you don't need a conspiracy theory to explain it. you just need some
basic knowledge about human nature and some experience in observing how
stupid and useless people scramble to hide the fact that they don't have
a clue.
