There is no indication of a dynamic IP number - and it is not. It has
been fixed for many years.
Kurt,
The RIPE listing for your IP
http://www.ripe.net/fcgi-bin/whois?form_type=simple&full_query_string=&searchtext=213.237.12.137&submit.x=6&submit.y=7&submit=Search
Doesn't leave any indication that you have a static IP.
My DSL IP address has the following line at arin.net:
Comment: ADDRESSES WITHIN THIS BLOCK ARE NON-PORTABLE
If Tiscali is the local phone company, good luck getting this changed.
