According to the announcement they will support Debian on ProLiant and BladeSystem. http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,126717/article.html I have installed Debian on a few DL320 G4 boxes (which was a bit of a pain, but should be less so as of 2.6.17.) I also booted Knoppix on a DL360 G4 box which seemed to work without any problems. One of our customers has several DL360 (G3 I think), DL320 G4 and some other 2U HP box in our rack and I believe they all run Debian. I must admit I'm not a massive fan of the DL320 model. Lots of things about it feel... cheap. To be fair, though, it is the cheapest rack-mounted HP server we can get. HTH, -- George Borisov DXSolutions Ltd
