SPF is good for preventing sender domain forgery, but spammers can
just setup real domains and SPF records to abuse what you suggest.

That's why many who publish SPF records, don't use it to stop spam.

I don't expect SPF to gain much traction, beyond the early adopters
who had high hopes for it.
