Compile a redhat kernel under debian from .src.rpm file

Dear List,

due to issues I am having with my SAN system, I would like to
be able to compile a RedHat kernel on my debain System.

I have download the src.rpm . Inside though there are hundreds
of patches...

Which order am I ment to apply these in?
