Intel iE7230 and SARGE?

Hi,
have someone any experience with this kind of chipset in combination 
with stable version of debian?
Strictly speaking <search.py?lg=en_cz&wd=strictly%20speaking> I want 
use  _INTEL SE7230NH1 Nob Hill_ mainboard with stable 2.6.X kernel.

Is there any problem with it? ( chipset, Ethernet controllers, 
performance problem, Integrated Hardware Monitoring...)
