I'm not using that at the time, because it lacks like all of the
aforementioned tools of real CRM featues. It's also difficult to write
complex qutes for customers (Sometimes I describe in detail what custom
work will be done for them, so the quotes get several pages long)
My plan is to use something like ebills for the recurring stuff and
export the generated bills to a standard system - I mean one with a CRM
and e-banking interface ;) ebills is my favorite at the time (Laxtex
templates, PDF Generation, automatically send PDF-bills via e-mail etc.)
