I have Postfix running chroot'd and using SASL. This article is

Install Domain Technologie Control, it will install, configure, and
maintain the SASL db for you, as well as amavis + clamav + spamassassin
+ courier-maildrop (using a SPAM imap folder to quarantine spams).
