This NIC should be supported by the 3c59x module AFAICT (try
 `modprobe 3c59x`). It it doesn't work, look at 
 http://www.scyld.com/ethercard_diag.html for further hints.

(If you do need to ask again here, please at least include `lspci` 
 output.)
