Runing Bind under User Bind

Hello Hello,

I am trying to get named to work under the user bind but I keep on getting
errors:

in the /var directory

drwxr-xr-x    4 root     root         4096 Oct 18 14:39 run


I have other programs using the /var/run directory under different users,
but some funny reason bind won't work..

How do I fix this?
