webalizer and analog come to mind straight away.
Webtrends is the big commercial one.
There was another... Urchin... or something like that, that claims to have
bigger clients that Webtrends, but don't quote me on that, i'm not 100%
sure.
The above should do well. Freshmeat and Google are your friends.
