Cunning BIND trickery

Hi,

I have a zone (for arguments sake let's call it foo.com) -- I want to
present a different set of RRs based on the source IP of the request.

Again, for arguments sake, let's say from 192.168.0.0/24 I want to have

www	IN	A	192.168.0.20

and from anywhere else, I want to say

www IN	A	<some non rfc-1918 address>

Is there any way to do this with BIND8 or will I have to go to BIND9 or
another DNS server such as PowerDNS ?

D.
