Cenk,

GRIC is a good idea, and I use it currently, along with iPass.  However, it
is really expensive (15 to 20 cents/min).  Since my Europe usage would be
high, I was looking to a local ISP.  Unfortunately, I have no idea who the
ISPs are, and their web pages tend to be in the language of their customers
;-)  (Although XS4ALL.NL has good english speakers at the front-desk).
