yep.  there are many commercial services like yours around for
reasonable prices, and it's even possible to organise something for free
if you have the right contacts - e.g. i've been providing ssl-encrypted
uucp-over-tcp and similar mail forwarding services for friends for
several years.

yep, and because it's on the net, it doesn't really matter WHERE they
are.

these IP addresses should be added to spam-sources RBLs.

if the cable operator doesn't take action to prevent this, then the
entire netblock should be blacklisted....ISPs must learn that they can't
wash their hands of problems caused by their customers.
