Re: Ever used mod_throttle in Debian Aapache?

I've confirmed that mod_throttle fails to work with 1.3.19 all the way to
1.3.22 (nearly the latest?).

Anyone EVER get this working, or am I the ONLY person around that actually
uses mod_throttle (or would LIKE to ;-)   ).
