hello,

as sombody allready pointed name based virtual hosts are not under the ftp protocol and for instance you have to chroot every user/domain on its own directory.

alternatively maybe this package could help you:
	proftpd-ldap
	Versatile, virtual-hosting FTP daemon (with LDAP support)
