You're gonna hate this answer but... it depends what's done with the
PHP/ASP. :) It'll always have a greater CPU usage then standard HTML
but how much depends on what you do with it. Complex matrix calculations
transformed into a png will, for example, take more CPU usage then 1+1. :)
