How to make the debian install cd use a different kernel.

Hi,

How can I make the debian installation program use another kernel? The reason
I need this is I want to use a journalling filesystem called xfs. I have a
kernel that is patched to use xfs but how can I make the cd boot off that
kernel? This also brings up the question of the new tools as well. I need
those to be avialable during installation.

It may be easier to just install with regular ext2 and then remount the
various partitions once they are using xfs. (Obviously backing up the data
first.) Any suggestions on how I can use xfs during installation would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Friedrich.
