Well, i'll try help u a bit follow the point of Pete about what exactly Xmailer header says:

Take care with versions on Outlook, a good point could be do a rule which check the mail name 'Microsoft Outlook' (its same in express and MOutlook version (from office))..

MO Exprexx
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.50.4522.1200
MO from Office2000 version
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook IMO, Build 9.0.2416 (9.0.2910.0)
