Unfortunatly there were a small problems porting the patch from 1.2.7 to
1.2.8. Officially 1.2.9 will have IPv6 directly upstream. in the meanwhile
Francesco and me are working to see if we can reinclude the patch in
1.2.8. (there are several merge problems)
