[RFH] apache 1.3.27 + ipv6 and external packages

Hi all,
        we are in the process to evaluate if it is possible, without
breaking the world for the next millennium, to include the ipv6 patches
directly in Debian. Of course testing the package itself is the first step
but it is not enough. There are actually 52 packages that declare an
explicit Build-Depends on apache-dev that needs to be built/tested as
well.

Results from the first building of the pkgs against the ipv6 version can
be found here:

I will start slowly to upload them into the ipv6 archive and keep that
page up to date with the status according to the input i will get from
people. Feedback is extremely important since i do not have the resources
to test them.

Of course I cannot promise that we will ever get any patch inside Debian
but atleast it is wise to try.
