Buggy libc6 resolver
Hello,
In case pretty much anything that talks to a network device stops
working for you, I found that some versions of libc6.1 have some
problem with their resolver. ssh and ping failed to work, they just
told me host was not found, unless it was an IPv6 host.
Upgrading from libc6.1 2.3.1-13 to 2.3.1-14 fixed it.
