IPv6 patches available

I was just going through KAME's site looking for IPv6 patches
for packages available in Debian and found several that have patches but
don't appear to be available. Curious if we shouldn't be trying to get
the package maintainers to include these as KAME also sends patches
upstream for inclusion. I found patches for the following packages with
current versions available:

cvs, rsync, mpg123, mtr, ncftp, postfix, wget,
	wu-ftpd and wwwoffle

None of these from what I can tell have had the patches applied
to them at this time. I also noted some applications not list'd in the
"Mainstream IPv6" section of the package status page on people.d.o/ such
as lynx which I have verified has IPv6 support. I'm still checking for
others as I want to get my machine as v6 compatible as possible.
