I'm not aware of any such mechanisms. It also does not make so much
sense to perform authentication there: if somebody is able to connect
to the network, he will probably also be able to find out an usable address
*without* autoconfiguration.

So if you want to prevent that, you may want to consider using 802.1x
(port based network access control).
