Yes. Vsftpd IPv6 patch is kind of hack at the moment. It works only if 
both IPv4 and IPv6 are enabled. Cougar, who wrote this patch, doesn't 
have time to develop it further at the moment. It requires rewrite of 
vsftpd probably to do it correctly.

But with tcp46 it works fine. It is running on ftp.(ipv6.)linux.ee 
several months already without any problem.
