I'm almost sure that ftpd-bsd supports IPv6, but i cannot get inetd to work
with ipv6 (someone can help me with that?), so i amn't sure.

It's off by default (you have to use -6 to use ipv6, and if you do that, you
cannot do it for sshing to ipv4 only hosts), so i'd say no.
