I don't know what I am doing wrong...

Hi all,

Here is the scene: i386 P100, 64 MB, running potato (as it looked no
more than 3 minutes ago (apt is great!)) with all the stuff in AJT's
ipv6 development apt directory. Kernel 2.2.[0-9] with ipv6 stack,
netbase 3.14-ipv6-19990511.

Every tunnel broker I try I can't get any bits to move. I have
rebooted back to 2.2.5 now and have just tried to use the freenet6.net
brokerage, using the ipv6 scripts provided at freenet6:
- ---------------------------------
ifconfig sit0 up
ifconfig eth0 add 3ffe:b00:c18:1fff:0:0:0:b
ifconfig sit0 tunnel ::206.123.31.102
ifconfig sit1 up
route -A inet6 add 3ffe::0/16 gw fe80::206.123.31.102 dev sit1
- ---------------------------------

Ping6 on either end of the tunnel gives no packets returned. I can
ping ::1, but thats it. I can' ping6 my interface, nor my end of the
tunnel, nor the other end.

Help me ObiWan.... ;)

Any comments appreciated.

Yours,

  James
