Consider moving scim-related packages under debian-input-method team-maint?

Dear Debian scim package maintainers,

I noticed that there are many packages related to scim that are not
under Debian's Input Method Team (previously Debian IME Packaging
Team). [1]

A list of influenced packages:

* scim
* scim-anthy
* scim-canna
* scim-skk
* scim-tables

I'm wondering if you are willing to put those packages under team
maintnenance. Team maintenance can help to gather the information of
all IME-related packages together and ease the coordination of
uploading different packages, which is pretty advantageous and
helpful.

It is not absolutely necessary to put the team name and mailing list
address in the maintainer field nor must its packaging git repository
to be migrated onto Salsa platform. If you find it appropriate, you
may only put the team address in the uploaders field, which is already
very helpful in tracking IME-related packages in Debian.

Please feel free to share your opinions to this idea. If it's okay,
please consider making modification to the maintainer / uploader field
in those packages with their next upload.

Sincerely,
Boyuan Yang
