Further update on UBC storage outage

Hi,

After some further attempts, we have been able to restore storage
functionality at UBC without needing Luca to travel to the site. Der
Techniker ist erleichtert.

All affected systems are now back online, and we will continue to
monitor the situation.

Thanks for your patience while we worked to resolve these issues.
