Regarding LRA, I can only speak for SH where LRA mostly works fine although
it has some issues here and there.

I wonder what's left for RISC-V to do. Most of the stuff seems to work, the
only thing that no one has taken care of are OpenJDK and LLVM.

I would have taken care of the OpenJDK stuff, at least for the Zero VM, but
I feel that RISC-V has an insane amount of people working on the ports, so
I rather focus on my pet ports ;).
